Due to the recent flooding event, classes at Embody Yoga are cancelled for an indeterminate amount of time. I am working to get the studio floor to a quality where we will be able to work on it. I will post updates on Facebook as well as here to let you know the progress. Thank you for your patience, I hope to see you again soon.

There are limited spaces available at Embody Yoga and I strongly encourage you to pre-book using the online system. This way you can ensure that a space will be available for you. If you do not have a class pass or it has expired, please use the “register as unpaid” option when booking.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel classes, please do so with a minimum of 2 hours notice. Cancelling allows others, who may be on the waiting list, to be notified a space is free for them to attend. You can find the option to cancel under “MY SCHEDULE” when you are logged in.
